1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and bpech ("bpech," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bpech platform, website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and all related features available at bpech.app (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the bpech login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the bpech Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the bpech Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bpech Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bpech strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. Where bpech has reasonable grounds to believe a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active bpech account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, same device, or same financial credentials — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bpech reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. bpech is entitled to rely on the information you provide and bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpech login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bpech will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any other channel. You agree to notify bpech immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bpech Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bpech makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country, province, or region.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

bpech is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. bpech may, at its discretion, request identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.

• You may be required to submit a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• You may be required to provide a recent selfie for facial verification purposes.
• You may be required to provide proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation).
• You may be required to provide proof of source of funds for large transactions.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bpech may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory resolution. All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with bpech's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bpech currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions on the bpech Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bpech is Rs 300. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your bpech wallet balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time. bpech does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under your bpech account. You may only withdraw funds to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible. bpech reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day and to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bpech maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns. bpech reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bpech may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General rules applicable to all bpech promotional offers include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. Accounts with suspected bonus abuse patterns may have bonus privileges suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• bpech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game wagers, and other transactions on the bpech Platform are subject to the specific game and betting rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game or market.

• bpech reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or sporting event, bpech's decision regarding the outcome shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on the bpech Platform and are displayed within each game or market interface.
• bpech reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any single player in any given period.

7. Responsible Gaming

bpech is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools, available from your bpech account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session end notifications and cutoffs.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the bpech Platform.

• Registering or operating more than one bpech account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen financial credentials, or conducting unauthorised transactions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any collusive activity with other players.

• Providing false identity or KYC documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bpech Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, interface designs, and data — is the exclusive property of bpech or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the bpech Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of bpech.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bpech Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activity, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.

bpech provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bpech collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the bpech Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bpech takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Amendments to Terms

bpech reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bpech will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the bpech Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bpech Platform shall first be submitted to bpech's customer support team for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
